Ask your doctor's office for a copy of your pathology report.

Copy the information from the report exactly word by word and email it to me. If you prefer you can fax it to my eFax number (208) 248-5063. You can blacken all the confidential information on the report before faxing.

Confidentiality of your information is guaranteed.

There is a charge of $40 for report interpretation.
An invoice will be emailed to you and you can pay with credit card or your checking account.
The information provided should be used to facilitate the communication between you and your healthcare provider.
